General conditons of sale

The SERVICE PRESTIGE trademark is owned by the SERVICE PRESTIGE SA company, holder of Limousine Licence no. 26, issued by the Police Headquarters of Paris.
Subject to all legal provisions, any dispute is expressly referred to the sole jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court or any other jurisdiction chosen by SERVICE PRESTIGE.
The transportation of persons against payment is regulated by decrees published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
In France, only limousine cars driven by chauffeurs holding the related proficiency certificate with the required qualifications are authorised. The approved vehicles and staff are inspected by police headquarters to perform this service.
Our company is a member of CSNERT (Chambre Syndicale Nationale des Entreprises de Remise et de Tourisme).
 
General terms and conditions
Prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes in Euros: they include the chauffeur service, comprehensive insurance for passengers and expenses for the vehicles (excluding travel costs).
Contractual indemnities and any expenses, subject to tax, are not subject to discounts, reductions or commissions. Tolls, parking fees and miscellaneous outlay are billed to the customer (excluding the Tourism tariff).
Any invoice payment after the due date indicated shall result in the application of late payment penalties on the basis of one and a half times the legal rate in force, under the provisions of the European Law of July 2001.
 
Special terms and conditions
The time and kilometres are itemised from the vehicle's departure and return to the garage, according to the price list. The volume of baggage transported is proportional to the vehicle's capacity.
Reservations not cancelled before the vehicle's departure from the garage, or the absence of the customer at the pick-up point, will be invoiced. Deposits received are not refundable. Radio-telephonic communications are billed as extra, according to the scale given. Any pricing unit (hours, kilometres, minutes) begun is due.
